IGÇÖll step in here for a noteGǪGǪGǪGǪ.your title and poast contradicts itself which is throwing people off a bit.
GÇ£GoonSwarmGÇ¥ is the Alliance which took down BoB and fought in the epic battles of Delve I & II.
GÇ£GonnSwarm FederationGÇ¥ is the name The Martini used when he lost the name GÇ£GoonSwarmGÇ¥ and was too embarrassed to put DOT at the end of the new Alliance he made....

Actually it didn't........ The original GoonSwarm Alliance name was taken from them and all the Corps were booted out to form.......SOLODRAKEBOMB..........until The Martini decided no one would notice if he used Federation instead of the DOT...
